Max Limric '25 presented his work on exploring young adult texts for ÂúÃÃÊÓÆµ-speaking students at the Online Summit on the Research and Teaching of Young Adult Literature.
Max Limric, a junior English and ÂúÃÃÊÓÆµ major with a minor in educational studies, presented his faculty-mentored research at the 2024 Online Summit on the Research and Teaching of Young Adult Literature, co-hosted by Oklahoma State University and Aquinas College, which was held virtually from February 29 to March 1.
Limric’s presentation, “'ÂúÃÃÊÓÆµ my first language, / bachata / a reminder of the power of my body': Exploring YA Texts for ÂúÃÃÊÓÆµ-Speaking Students,” was part of a research project mentored by associate professor of educational studies and teacher preparation Bryan Ripley Crandall, PhD, of the School of Education and Human Development.
